To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and smooth experience for everyone involved, please carefully review the following guidelines before registering as a Vendor:

  1. K-Culture Merchandise Requirement — Vendors must ensure that at least 50% of their merchandise is related to K-Culture, including K-POP, K-Dramas, and other Korean entertainment. Special cases may apply; for inquiries, please email

  2. Vendor Fee & Inclusions – The booth fee is $300, which includes:

    • One (1) 6’ table

    • Two (2) chairs

    • Two (2) admission passes

  3. Vendor Refunds/Exchanges — No refunds or exchanges are allowed for this event.

  4. No Refunds or Exchanges — All vendor registrations are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided under any circumstances.

  5. Compliance with Venue Rules — Vendors must comply with all venue policies, including fire safety regulations, prohibited items, and general conduct. Any violation may result in removal without a refund.

  6. Liability Disclaimer — JAMMY CON and its organizers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged goods, nor for any personal injuries that may occur at vendor booths. Vendors are encouraged to have their own insurance coverage.

  7. Setup & Tear-Down Policy – Vendors must arrive and complete booth setup before the event starts and must not pack up or leave early. Specific setup and teardown times will be provided in advance.

  8. Code of Conduct – Vendors must act professionally and respectfully toward attendees, fellow vendors, and event staff. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

  9. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance — Vendor spots are limited, and applications will be reviewed based on eligibility and event relevance.
