To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and smooth experience for everyone involved, please carefully review the following guidelines before registering as a Performer:
Respectful Content — No profanity, foul language, or inappropriate content, including racist, sexist, or discriminatory remarks, is allowed in your performance.
Personal Responsibility — Performers are responsible for providing their own music, instruments, props, and any other necessary materials.
Full-Day Availability — Performers must be available for the entire day of the event.
Punctuality Requirement – Performers must arrive on time for scheduled rehearsals and performances. Late arrivals may result in removal from the event lineup.
Contract & Policy Compliance — Performers are expected to adhere to all contracts, agreements, and policies set by the event organizers.
Right to Deny or Cancel — The event organizers reserve the right to deny or cancel performances due to disorderly conduct, inappropriate behavior, or any actions deemed unacceptable or against the spirit of the event.
Professionalism & Respect — Performers are expected to be professional and respectful towards event staff, fellow performers, and attendees at all times.
Venue & Equipment Care — Performers must treat the venue, stage, and any provided equipment with care. Any damage caused by negligence may result in financial liability.
Sound & Technical Setup – Performers must check in with the technical team before their performance for sound check and equipment setup.
